Hi all, OPEN>Sunday has some awesome news!
Once again we are humbled by the news that our OPEN>Sunday show in the ‘Duck Room’ at Blueberry Hill this Friday has reach maximum ticket sales, making it a Sellout! Two hundred of our friends have made an assertive effort in welcoming us back to one of St. Louis’s premier concert facilities, and we are truly grateful for your support.
As this news is good for many reasons it, I am sure, brings thoughts of concern to many of you that have not yet purchased tickets and are still looking forward to the event. To that point; take a deep breath. Blueberry Hill has held a limited amount of ‘at the door’ passes for folks to purchase on a “first come, first serve” basis the evening of the show. Somewhere around twenty five of these passes will be available at the door; so please come down early, have dinner at Blueberry Hill and pick up the ‘at the door’ passes when you arrive.
This is one of the nicest returns to the St. Louis music scene that we have ever had, and we are genuinely grateful for the support.
Break out the Good Stuff!
Hi all, Andy here with some long awaited news...
After taking a two year sabbatical from performing our band OPEN>Sunday has accepted an invitation to play The Duck Room at Blueberry Hill on Friday, August 14th. We will be playing two hours worth of music. Some will be our older familiar tunes while the rest will introduce you-all to several new ones. Also, we have added a few more recognizable cover songs so that our friends’ request does not go unanswered.
We have invited two additional bands to join us for the night. Knight Jam and Schaffrin. These are bands that got their start by previous OPEN>Sunday band mates that continued to hang around the Smoking Lounge with OS at our rehearsal studio and have sense played many shows with us and others.
Here is the lineup for the night:
Doors Open at: 8:00
Knight Jam: plays from 8:30 to 9:15
OPEN>Sunday: plays from 9:15 to 11:15
Schaffrin: plays from 11:30 to 12:15
We are reaching out to all of our friends and extending an invitation to join us for the evening’s entertainment. Please, if you are excited about coming out call (636)346-5644 or contact any of the band buds as we all have a few VIP Prepaid Tickets ($10) available and we would be happy to get you what you need for tickets.
Last, once again we are working on setting up sober driver vans to make the run down to Blueberry Hill and back from the Cedarmill Clubhouse in Chesterfield Mo. Riders usually contribute $15 per couple to the driver so that he or she can go out and have their van cleaned and detail after the show. Call (636)346-5644 if you want to ride or are willing to be the sober driver. Right now there is one van available with a sober driver and if the past holds true, we will most likely need two more to answer the call.
It’s time to Break Out The Good Stuff!
Come join us at Blueberry Hill on Friday, August 14th!
